Sounds perfectly arco to me at the beginning, then switching to tremolo, then to pizzicato, exactly as written, no bug to see, no silence either

Would a reinstall fix the problem?

By the way, this is on the newest version. (3.4.2)
Here 3.4.2 too. and no, reinstall helps only in very rare cases, a revert to factors settings much more often though

How do I send system specifications?
? Why? MuseScore 3.4.2, Windows, that is what is known (and the same I can't reproduce it with), I don't think more is needed. Maybe check what soundfonts are loaded in synthesizer. Or just revert to factory settings, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings
My guess is you have a non-standard soundfont loaded, see View / Synthesizer
