ipad and chromebook download instructions for students
I'm a music teacher at a small private school in San Antonio, TX. During this Shelter-in-place time, I've been encouraging my students to download Musescore to create Drum line charts. We've been working on Percussion this entire semester. Many of them only have ipads or Chromebooks to work with. I seem to see conflicting info regarding MuseScore use on these computers.
1. Can MuseScore be downloaded to them and function properly for creation of their own scores?
2. If so, could you give me brief instructions how to download for each platform that I could pass on to help them out?
I've given them instructions that I thought would be sufficient; however, it works for some of the students and others run into problems. (I work from a MacBook Air)
Thank you for your help!

The notation software is not available for iPad, only the mobile player app is.
See https://musescore.org/en/howtochromeos for Chromebook installation, where you currently need to activate the linux part of it.

It's going to be a huge implementation, but I think we'll have to wait a while.
