I found the answer from someone else -
"For me the dot comes on the right side of the second note, but other than that, I don't know what is the problem?

That dot surely belong to the 16th, not the 8th though, as these dots are always after the notehead they apply to.
very strange like notation , it looks like a picture "reverse" in a mirror Usealy we have the eight note with a dot and the sixteen, the total is 1 time, but here all is reverse so the total is a sixteen + 1/2 sixteen + an eight 1/4 +1/8 +1/2 so 3/8 +1/2 so 1/8 is lost it is un readable

Ah, yes, mirrored, that'd explain this indeed. Probably made with a mobile phone as a selfie

The dot was simply penciled in on the wrong side of the eighth note:
A mirror image would show the noteheads on the wrong side of the stems -- clearly not the case in the posted image.

sorry , If you turn the original picture , getting the up at the down, all is clear, you get 2 notes , with the heads on the good side, the steam at the good side , and the dot, like useally written : the eight note with dot , and the sixteen
