Clicking and dragging scroll wheel whilst in note input mode inserts notes instead of scrolling
When note input is enabled, clicking the scroll wheel inserts notes instead of allowing you to move about the document. This always happens for me, even if I restart MuseScore.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch MuseScore
2. Open a file or create a new one
3. Enable note input
4. Click and drag with the scroll wheel
Things (probably) relevant to MuseScore:
I have a MIDI controller plugged in which I use for note input (Novation LaunchKey 49 Mk2)
I use an audio interface output, although MuseScore is routed through the default audio driver.
OS: Windows 10 Version 1909
PC Specs:
Intel Core i7 8550U
2x 8GB RAM
256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD (MuseScore is installed on the SSD)

click and drag is basically using the scrollwheel as a middle button and as such won't scroll indeed, but move the selected note in pitch or adds one, but click and scroll though scroll.
So this is all by design
