using 'tempo' feature

ubuntu 10.10 Version 1 Revision 3996

A questions about setting tempo of a score.

I tried to follow the procedures in the handbook.

I clicked Create>Text>Tempo
and typed in text of 60 (for 60 beats per minute) and clicked on the score away from the text area.

I then wanted to change the tempo. I clicked on the first note in the score.
I double clicked on the tempo text to change it to 75.
I then right-clicked on the tempo text, clicked tempo properties, changed the bpm to 75, and clicked ok.

Should I expect the tempo in the Display>Play Panel to match what I have entered, that is 75? (The percentage is 100%).
