Thank you for reporting. We'll investigate the issue and come back to you when we have an update. We do have to ask some patience since all our focus goes to the next release of the MuseScore notation software, i.e. version 2.0.3.
I am a 77 year old lady attempting to get an the Musescore app from Google “Play Store.” The store asked for my banc card detail and approved of it but refused to let me have the app They declared I was not Authorised.
I have been attempting to get the above for the past two days solid. I have attempted to get “Authorisation” from Google. They want a great deal of personal information and then they want to investigate it, e.g. my home telephone number, then they phoned my number and gave a long string on numbers for me to confirm that on the net, I am dyslectic, specially with numbers. On top of that I have a hearing problem. They also wanted another e-mail address for me, to verify that I am Wena Parry. Again that was not sufficient for them, they wanted more information, but they already had my banc card details. The had my home address, date of berth and so on.
All there internet sites point to Play Store, and a lot of then leads to now where. Iv’e typed “Google account, sign in” and got no where.
Then they sent a note asking how did they do, and how could they help. 4 times I replaid in the negative, I couldn’t say any different!!!
