MuseScore won't save changes
I tried to vertically move the tremolos in measure 2 and 4 and saved changes, and when I came back to open the score, the result was not shown up. I'm concerning that this could be a bug.

Yes. it works. But, when I horizontally move it to the right 1.5 spaces, it would somehow make the tremolo down 3 spaces. The reason I do that is; the tremolo is too close to the dot.

Double-click the second tremolo note and right arrow.
This will move slightly even tremolo.
Actually it looks like a case of overlapping.
Yes, it seems the vertical offset is not being recorded correctly for some reason. It seems this affects any tremolos between notes with down stems. Can you file an official bug report in the issue tracker (eg, use "Help / Report a Bug" from within MuseScore)?
