Breaking Piano Chords into different Single-Note-at-a-time parts?

I only recently started using MuseScore, so I apologize if I sound like an idiot.

I am attempting to convert piano music into a Bassoon quintet. (Yes. I know. It's weird.) Some notes in the piano music require that more than one note is played at a time on several occasions. I was hoping that there is an easy way to break the music into a bunch of different parts where each player gets a different note where the piano music requests. If not, perhaps there is a way to easily color code these separate notes so everyone can use the same paper? Any constructive responses are appreciated.
