efficient use of page
I'm using Musescore 2.0.3
I have a treble clef with the melody on one page,
and 3 lyrics lines on the upper 2/3 of the page,
and 1 lyrics line on the lower 1/4 of the page.
The top 2/3 of the page has not enough
space for the guitar chord names.
And I am too stupid to know how to
spread the upper 2/3 of the page, using
the blank space on the lower 1/4 page.
Everything should still fit on one page.
This should be simple for most of you.

Really hard to help you figure out exactly what to do without seeing the actual MSCZ file in question.
Using "Style - General - Page",
will any of the following allow automatically the
distance between clefs to vary over the page?
"Staff distance, Grand Staff distance,
Mn system distance, Max system distance"
I don't really know what these mean.
Or what to set them to.
Actually I see a small but insufficient
distance difference in the upper part of the
page compared to lower part of the page.

Attach the score so we can see what you're talking about, please.

As stated above, could not you attach an example?
Try double-clicking on the frame of the title and drag the blue handle (and/or or use the spacers).
I can't figure out how to attach the score.
I don't even understand your reply.

To attach a score, click the "File attachments" link right below where you type your post.
In general, yes, the spacing can vary from page to page if you set the minimum and maximum system distances to appropriate values for your particualr score (although the defaults work for many scores). See the Handbook under "Layout and formatting" (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting) for more information. But again, if you attach your score, we can give you very specific advice.

Oh! Okay. Now I get it. All you need in this case is to add spacers below the top several systems. On the left, under the Breaks & Spacers palette, drag the one with the downward-pointing arrow onto any measure in the top line, then double-click it and extend it. You'll see how it works; very convenient.

I inserted a vertical frame and a spacer (measure 34)

You can also just increase the "Lyrics bottom margin" a little bit in that same dialog - it sets the distance from the bottom of the lyrics to the top of the next staff. But things are pretty tight; you might consider simply going with a smaller staff size (in Layout / Page Settings) and/or a smaller lyric font size (Style / Text).
