Import score from Photoscore but can't be deleted
Hi,
This is the score I imported from Photoscore but there is whole rest note in every measure. The bad here is it can't be deleted. The music really sound weird with the whole rest in every measure.

The rests of Voice 1 can not be deleted.
Use Edit / Voices-> Exchange Voices 1/2
It seems Photoscore didn't do a very good job converting this score to MusicXML. Either that or MuseScore didn't do a good job on thje MusicXML. We'd need to see the MusicXML file from Photoscore to know for sure. Anyhow, each of the first eight measures has been set to an m"actual" time signature of 9/4 for some reason, with six silent beats at the end of each.
Probably the least painful way to fix this is to create a new score in 3.4, copy and paste this score into it, and delete the extra measures that result.

I just created new measures and copy paste each one one at a time.
When I copied one measure, it pasted three measures.
(Marc, any idea how to solve this without doing the above?)

Marc, how do you know it 9/4 with six silent? (have no music background)

As I said, I just pasted everything and deleted the extra bars.
The way I knew it was 9/4 is first counting the beats - three visible beats plus a dotted whole rest which is six beats, adds to 9 total, then I right clicked the measure, Measure Properties, and verified that this was indeed the case.
