NEED HELP!!!!
the file is corrupt around the area 30-35 but no matter what i try i can't solve the problem. Also somewhere along the line the time signature changed from 12/8 and I can't get it back

Had you tried https://musescore.org/en/node/54721 ?
The filenam seems to indicate that this is a file recovered after a crash of MuseScore.
The file properties sems to indicate it to be the result of a PFD Import.
Either can lead to corrupted scores.
