Converting WAV/MP3 and other music files to >XML/MXL??
As n the title, can you or is there a program to convert my "recorded" media (wav, mp3) to a XML, MIDI or other type of file that wll allow me to see the notes on the page?

There have been attempts, none very successful. Google it is the best bet.
It is pretty difficult to unscramble an egg ;-)
And after using Google to search for programs to do this utomatically, trying some out, and realizing the utter futility of it (as I've said before, it's roughly the equivalent of asking Siri to transcribe all conversations in a crowded room), next use Google to search for people you can hire to do the transcription for you :-)
You can use anthemscore for piano transcriptians and possibly other instruments

AnthemScore is good as far as it goes. But (contrary to its name), it cannot separate a vocal line from an instrumental accompaniment. See their website FAQ in answer to the question "Can the program separate out vocals/instruments?":

Thanks a lot, Daniel. It worked with me, just classic guitar, no voices. Those sites that offer to convert never do it, not to xml at least. Thank you again.
