Bar Lines
I would like to have 4 bars per line for every page but one (which needs to have 5) and I'm not sure how to do this. Please help!!!

Use A line break: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/breaks-and-spacers
To easily add line breaks every four bars for a region, select the region then go to Edit / Tools / Add/Remove Line Breaks. You can then select the region you want to have five bars per line and do the same.
