I can't find my user

I accidentally paid via Paypal to subscribe for the PRO+ , the problem here is that I don't know the account I signed up to cancel because they didn't tell me the user. I have tried all users and associated accounts to unsubscribe. I also went to Paypal to see the transaction history but it also didn't show up, just sent an email notifying me that money was deducted. I only know my Profile ID, can I get back the account I registered for the package?
