Can notes in a tuple, separated by a rest, be joined with a beam?

In a movement of a Brahms sonata that I am arranging for a different instrument, there are several instances of triplet eighth notes in which the middle note is a rest. The Simrock score I am copying from has the two remaining eighth notes beamed. Is there a way to persuade Musescore2 to do that?
