Version 1.1, WindowsXP SP3 - I entered 36 measures, one staff, with chord names and lyrics. It was on one page. I noticed that my "page size" preference was still on default at A4. I changed it to "Letter". Each line of the staff jumped further apart, moving 10 measures to a second page. There is now too much space between the lines. How do I reduce the amount of space between the lines, to get those measures back onto the first page? I have tried on "Edit General Style">"Page" to adjust all the sizes down, but nothing works. I changed "page size" back to A4, but the excess space remained.

Version 1.1, Windows XP SP3 - After creating a song with only one staff, and adding one verse of lyrics, everything looked good. When I tried to add the second verse of lyrics, the staves flew apart and Musescore wanted the second verse to appear a good inch below the first verse. I tried changing the "Style>Page" space beneath lyrics, but it changed nothing.

Also be sure to watch the Page Fill Threshold in that same dialog. That's probably why the systems moved further apart after shrinking the page. It helps to set this threshold to 100% while adjusting the other distances, or it can be very confusing as none of your changes seem to do what you expect.
