Windows 10 compatibility issues

Unable to open Musescore 2.0.3 directly. 2.0.3 files accessible thru previous version. Musescore opening page was for a particular file that has since been edited and renamed. Since file cannot be found, version 2.0.3 will not open. Tray at bottom of screen shows Musescore 2, but will not open when mouse clicked. I have since gone to home page, downloaded Musescore 2 several times, but still refuses to open. Last download was proceeded with uninstalling first, then reinstalling. Current issue still remains. Any suggestions?
