how to edit the lines in the score

HI,
I'm working on a score and I was having some trouble. I wanted to replicate
this music sheet with the first line as 2 staffs, and the rest of the music
has only 1 staff. I can't seem to figure out how to do it and was wondering
if there was a way, and if you could show me how. Thank you!
