[2.0.0 nightly r4847] dropping any clef on staff yields a treble clef
Win 7 x64 OS, latest nightly build (r4847).
When dropping another clef on a measure in a score (e.g. to avoid lots of auxiliary ledger lines), you invariably get a treble clef. For example, dropping a tenor clef on a measure of a cello score in bass clef yields a treble clef instead of the tenor clef.

Hi shutterfreak
Do you want to submit these to the issue tracker?
See Thomas 's advice - also How To Write A Good Bug Report .
Thanks.

I see you already filed a bug ticket for something I believe is another manifestation of the very same bug: #12954: [Trunk] Part only shows treble clefs
If I am not mistaken, this seems a duplicate of an issue reported a while ago: #10827: Clef changing. In that thread it is also described a possible work-around.

I'm also having problems with clef change.I can change clefs mid measure, but the playback doesn't reflect the change.

What version? How are you doing the clef change?
dragging the clef and dropping it on the first note that I want changed. version 1.1 rev.4611

Could you post a sample score, then? I've never had any problems with clef changes (mid-measure or otherwise) not affecting playback in 1.1.
