[trunk] R5001 Frames and editing text

1. Create a new score with all the text elements (titles, composer, lyricist, etc)
2. Now double-click the top frame adjust its height taller.

You expect that the text, esp the bottom elements, would adjust with the resize but this won't happen. Nor can you select the text in the frame until you double-click the frame again and then unselect. Then the text will be selectable and the bottom elements will adjust their positions.
