Bugs with rest placement
One of the biggest bugs that has been bugging me (heh) is rests. When I copy and paste a sixteenth note run in the woodwinds, often times the rests will go from organized like this- https://i.gyazo.com/fbd68241f2c0f884fe2f73bcfbb3923b.png
to https://i.gyazo.com/8ad6b34378da746397b5db6228a821e0.png which is organized longest to shortest.
2 suggests for fixing this-
1. Adding an automatic system that keeps rests organized by beat
2. Adding a rest option in the selection filter option (probably simpler)

Better to include the images right here rather than relying on some external Website keeping them for a long enough time.

Works just fine for me, see attached score, 1st measure entered manually, 2nd by copy/paste.
Which version of MuseScore are yu using (I'm using 2.0.3, the latest released Version)? What OS (I'm on Windows 7) and can you share a score showing that behavoir, along with clear stepy-by-step description?
Something else must be going on, because that clearly isn't just a plain copy and paste - the notes aren't even the same. Not sure what you are doing, but if you literally select the entire passage (rests and all) and then copy and paste it elsewhere, it should preserve the same notes (well, possibly transposed) *and* the same rests, and this works just fine for me. In order to see what is going on for you, we would indeed need you to attach the actual score (not just a picture) and tell us the precise steps you are following.
