It is in already, at least in 2.0.3, just not in "Common instruments", in the Add Instrument wizzard either switch to "All Instrumentes" or type "Mand" into the search box at the bottom

I think that "Kindly" was meant as that, and without some old colloquial negative connotations only native speakers might notice? (I had to look it up, see http://dict.leo.org/ende/index_de.html#/search=kindly&searchLoc=0&resul…, 8th hit)

Almost nobody speaks Esperanto, so it's better off you used English.
I once tried to learn Esperanto, but it never got anywhere. :'-D I'm taking a French class at school now anyway.
