cannot toggle to new custom workspace
Musescore version 2.0.3 revision 0, for linux
I am an ukulele player. I want to use a custom workspace to create a library of fretboard diagrams to insert into scores. I was hoping to edit the existing guitar fretboard diagrams, then paste them into a custom palette for future use.
I created 2 new custom workspaces named Bari Uke and Uke GCEA. However, when I try to toggle to the new workspace, I am back in the Basic workspace. I am unable to figure out how to start building new palettes in the custom workspaces.

Thanks for your support.

Hmm, looks like you're in a copy (named Bari Uke) of the Basic workspace, rather then in a copy of the Advanced workspace.
Guess that is because you had added that workspace with the Basic one being active?

Thanks Jojo. I now see that when I create a custom work space, it copies all the palettes in the active workspace (Basic or Advanced). Because it looked identical to the existing workspace, I was fooled into thinking I could not toggle to the custom workspace.
I have now deleted the copied palettes from the custom workspace (not needed, since I can always get to them in the basic or advanced workspace). This leaves me plenty of room to create my custom library of ukulele fretboard diagrams.
Problem solved.
