Layout broken

Win 7 HP / eb36276

See attached file. The layout was fine in 2.0.3. Now it is broken in various ways:

(Nightly)

1. The first system is too close to the title frame
2. The key sig, clef are out of position
3. The text harmonic symbols (<>) have moved relative to the tab notes.
4. The tab font is too small.
5. Certain text lines have become extended and are now colliding with other symbols.

There may be other problems not yet identified.
