[trunk] Dragging Symbol into score is broken

Drag a symbol from the palette into the score. If you drop it on the first stave, it works, but if you drag it onto the second, third,... the symbol is placed too much in the south.
When trying to reposition the symbol, then the help-line is drawn at a incorrect place.
