3/4 to 4/4
I've arranged a song for my a cappella group and realized that I need to get rid of a beat in a measure/ change to 3/4 and overtime I drag the 3/4 onto the measure it says Cannot rewrite measures:
Tuplet would cross measure. Can anyone help me?

Can you share the score, and tell us as of which measure you want it in 3/4 (or whether it is just for that single measure)

its for that specific measure!

see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/measure-operations#properties, esp. the actual duration.
If you want a 3/4 time sig for that one measure, add a 4/4 one to the next measure 1st, then add 3/4 to the other, then delete the extra measure that just got created (Ctrl+Del)
As long as the tuplet is not in the measure to be reduced, you can put a new 4/4 time signature to the measure AFTER you want to be 3/4. Make the measure you want 3/4 to be proper starting on beat 1 (1/4 rest for everyone on beat 4). Put a 3/4 time signature in the measure you want to be 3/4. If you have a tuplet that goes into the 4th beat this will never work.
edit: select the extra blank measure created and press ctrl-delete to get rid of it.
If you have a tuplet on the 3rd beat, there is a bug that I cannot isolate to show the contributors. Sometimes a tuplet on a beat thinks it ends on the beat after it actually does. If you have a tuplet on beat 3 and the above method does not work, your best bet is to delete everything from voices that have a tuplet, do the above method and re-enter the measures you deleted.
As a side note on the bug, the best I can tell this only appears on tuplets that span more than a single beat, I haven't noticed it on a 1/4 note triplet, but I know I've seen it on a 10:8 2 beat tuplet.
