Is there an easy way to enter different time signatures for different staves?

Not hand editing for each measure (brute force method), but the scoring system recognizes that different staff use different time signature?
For example, it could be 4/4 with 5/8, or 3/4 with 4/4, etc, with the different meters creating the interest and that they'd eventually converge after certain measures.
Or it could be as simple as one staff is 2/4, another is 4/4. Or one is 6/8, another 3/4. (These are easy to fake manually of course. Historically these were tolerated and notated using only one time signature.)
Under these circumstances, of course the composer will have to be responsible that the end result makes sense -- that the ending measure have the correct number of beats. (Sibelius, for example, allow the composer to create a 4/4 measure with only 2 beats - it's the responsibility of the composer...)
And of course currently each staff can already change time signature at will.
Is this possible in Musescore?
