How do I turn 16th notes into quarter notes?
So I was editing a song when I noticed how annoying some 16th notes are to play, so I want to know if I can make a group of 16th notes (That are in the same key) into quarter and 8th notes.
If it is possible, list instructions for how to do so.

Not clear exactly what you mean, but you can change the duration of any given note by clicking it (while note in note input mode) then selecting the desired duration (using the toolbar or keyboard shortcut, just as when entering notes).
If that doesn't answer you question, please attach the score you are having trouble with and explain in more detail what you are trying to do.
This is like a similar question I had a few months ago. Can you transpose the meter of a piece? And the answer I recieved was a negative on that. You must do it manually.
Mayve using the doubletime plugin? See https://musescore.org/en/project/doubletimev20
I am guessing what you are looking for is tremolo. Namely having four sixteenth of the same pitch written as a quarter with a tremolo symbol. See handbook: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tremolo
