Space between staffs

I am new at this and I'm working on a 10 page work that includes 4 vocal voices in each staff. The first page moved pretty well, however the second page that should hold three staffs has one at the top, one at the bottom and a large space in between. The third page has three staffs on it like it should be. I don't know how to get each of the pages (except page one) with three staffs on each. Thanks for any help you can give me.
