underline not displaying - a bug?
As described in the manual, at http://musescore.org/en/handbook/lyrics
syllables can be extended by an underline.
The underline seems not to be displayed when trying to extend from the last note of a bar at the end of one line of the score to the first note of a bar in the next line of the score.
If I lengthen/shorten bars or delete/insert bars so that the required underline is no longer required to 'straddle' from one line to the next, the underline displays correctly.

Thanks. I should have searched harder.
1.2 is the latest version, by the way.

Thanks chen. I realise 1.2 is the latest version.
I download my software from the 'Ubuntu Software Centre', which currently has only Version 1.1 .
I am patient.

I know there is already an outstanding issue report #3961: Melisma line over system break on the underscore not appearing at the start of a new system; that's high on the list of things I'd like to see fixed. You can sort of work around it by entering an underscore character as a graphic character (I forget the character code; maybe I found it on the F2 palette?) or by drawing a line. But of course, you don't want to do that until you are certain of your layout, because it won't away if that measure ends up moving from the start of the system.
