If all you want is the text then enter it as system text so it will show up on all the parts. If you want it to actually work then this plugin is the best route https://musescore.org/project/tempochanges after you enter the system text. The text in the plugin does not work properly.

Sorry, I don't know what system text is, how to find. Also, how to go back to original setup? Thank again...

What do you mean by "original setup"? If you are asking how to create a new empty score, see the Handbook under "Create new score". In general, the Handbook is a good place to find answers to most questions. Also see the tutorial videos.
