how can I open to Full Screen?
My MuseScore files are suddenly opening with a window that is about 600px X 400px. It used to open so that the window took up the full screen. I had this problem once before and I fixed it, but I can't remember how. There doesn't seem to be anything in Preferences that pertains to window size.
I am running on a Mac computer. MuseScore 2.0.3.1

Resize it to your linkings. Or set it to full screen, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/viewing-and-navigation#full-screen.
Whatever you set, MuseScore will use the the last settings for the next session

Jojo, thanks. Unfortunately, that doesn't solve the problem. I know how to make the window go to full screen; but, for some reason, MuseScore is not using the last setting when I open a new session. Whenever I open MuseScore, it opens with this little tiny screen and I have to reset it. It's not, of course, a huge problem, but it would be nice if I could fix it.

MuseScore2 keeps all your settings in the file
NB! That is Library in your home directory, not the system-wide Library!
Does your MuseScore2 remember any settings other then last window size? If not, this file has probably become corrupted, write locked, or whatever, and MuseScore2 will not be able to remember your window size (or any other setting either).
You could then try delete this file (or better yet, move it to some safe location). MuseScore2 would then have to create a new one. All your settings, recently used files list, etc, will be wiped, but hopefully you'll be able to save your new settings.

No, this is not something that is isolated to a single file. As you can see from the images I attached, it happens if I merely open MuseScore with no MuseScore file open (however, the same thing happens if I open a file.) Once I have changed the window size to Full Screen, that setting remains until I quit MuseScore and open it again.
So, if there is corruption involved, it affects the entire application, not just a specific file.
Other settings, such as the workspaces I have set up or the Page View vs. Continuous View, seem to remain uneffected.
Or maybe I am not understanding what you mean by "this file."

This is about that plist file, not a score
There is a known issue with some Mac systems exhibiting this type of behavior - see #71416: Main window becomes tiny after being maximized. Looks like it is fixed for the next release. Meanwhile I would assume the workaround is to simply not go completely full screen but instead size the window to be just short of it.

Or try the 2.1 nightly builds, from http://prereleases.musescore.org/macosx/nightly/
