New User! Layout help please!
Hi..I'm pretty sure this is a really easy question..and sorry to appear thick as mince! But what have I done wrong!?..I've copied and pasted a few bars of Tambourine but every bar is a line! And 3 pages long...How do I tell Musescore that I want maybe 4 or 5 bars per line to make the music shorter?

Looks like you're using some pretty unusual settings, but to tell which we'd need the score itself, not a picture f it

That and page size would be my 1st candidates to look at, yes
Could also be you've added line breaks, or have increase the minimum note distance setting. We'd definitely need to see the actual score, not just a picture, to understand better.
FWIW, with all default settings, you should be able to fit three full measures of sixteenths on a single line with Letter or A4 sized paper.
