If you mean that bow on top of the fretboard diagrams, I think it is a barrè?
You don't really need 5 fingers for these Bbsus or Eb(sus2/4)
Yeah, it's a barre of a chord: the same finger presses multiple
frets down. Usually, but not always, this is the pointer finger ;)
It can be achieved by re-aligning a regular slur from a note,
but it isn't standardly part of a chord-diagram itself in M.S.
