"Staccatissmo Below" articulation out of sync with notes!

When I select my entire compositon and click Staccatissmo Below, it seems that the ariticulation is imprinted but slightly hinds behind the notes and I can't see the whole triangle shape of the articulation. Please help! Thank you!
