I believe there was a little translation problem going to German for Jojo.
I think what you are looking for is to number 13 consecutive repeat previous measure signs to help the musician keep track of where he is in the score. I've seen this in music before. I'm looking for how to do this easy, perhaps someone else already knows.

Ah, so a measure repeat sign with a number atop. There's an open request for that, see #10220: Add a two and four measure (multi-measure) repeat sign with playback

This is different. When I played the tuba, there would be several measures of the exact same 1/4 note 1/4 rest alternating. Rather than printing each measure, the second onward would have a single measure repeat in it with a number above the sign telling which iteration of the repeat the measure represented. Like this:
I did this quickly so I didn't bother centering the numbers.
After further contemplation, the easiest way I see to make this happen is to use the Chord Symbol input https://musescore.org/en/handbook/chord-symbols
You can press ctrl-k, enter a number tab next number... This is much easier than using text boxes, which is tedious. The problem with this is if you use chord symbols in the same measure.
If this will work, you can use text style to adjust all of the chord symbols to center them over measures (using horizontal offset).
Using chord symbols - with appropriate text style adjustments - is indeed a clever solution, if you aren't otherwise using chord symbols. Actually, even if you *are* otherwise using chord symbols, you can use them here, just give them a different text style using the Inspector.
BTW, not sure if you literally meant text *boxes* (aka "frames"), but that's not how you'd do this normally - you'd use Staff Text. Click a rest, Ctrl+T, type your number. Slightly tedious sure, but not that bad. Note most music doesn't number *every* measure this way - just every 4 or 5 or whatever.

text box = staff text in my previous post.
A box appear around the text while you're typing it.
If you are using a chord symbol in the same measure and instrument (which is not likely in this case) you would have to put the measure number over one beat and the chord symbol over another beat. You can type a chord symbol like this:
Emin
1
but it will be parsed as this (in 2.0.3):
Emin 1

You can also enter multiple chords on a single beat, if you do so one at a time. So, enter the first, then hit Esc, then re-select the note/rest, hit Ctrl+K again, and enter the new chord. If you then use the Inspector to assign the "fake" chord a different text style, they will be visually distinct (but might still require manual positioning).
