You're right it's a little bit tricky. Below the left hand of the measure (these notes are all entered in the bass clef, then see above)
Increase in the menu style->general...->page the grand staff distance.
Don't worry when you can't entered the right pitch, you can change the pitch of a note when you leave the note input note (or when you are in the note input note you can choose the note which arrow left or right and change the pitch with arrow up or down).
Finally when you finished this measure if you double click on the beam you can move it as you like.
Note: the last notes I changed to the right pitch after cross staff beaming, it's easier to handle ;-).

Your attachment is almost what I want. Just the colored part in the attachment isn't correct, When I added the note in the correct place, It didn't get beamed with the others, and when I deleted the wrong note there was an additional rest in the left hand measure, beside that when I entered the right hand there was a rest also.

Could you please attache your score (as mszc file, not jpg)?
It's your last request: voices.
You've to enter the notes for the left hand (inclusive the notes of cross staff beaming) in the same voice (in my example it's voice 1, in your score maybe another (=other color).
Be aware of selecting unwanted rests and deselect visible in the inspector.

It almost looks like your attachment. I just deleted a note and added it in another place ( that is the note that didn't get beamed )
I also want to get rid of the rests that doesn't exist in the real score ( I hope if it's possible without getting them invisible )

You can delete rests, as long as they are not in voice 1. You can make all rests invisible, so they won't print, to not seem them in the musescore display, switch of 'show invisible'

All the notations are in voice 1.
Also there is still a note that I couldn't place it.

You've entered the fifth to eight 32nd note in right hand but they have to be notated in the left hand. Apart from that it's look good.
As Jojo said rests in voice 1 can't be deleted, but you can make them invisible in the inspector and maybe deselecting "show invisible" in the menu->view.

Thanks. I did it :)
