Is it possible to get rid of the lyrics margin if the lyrics are moved upward?

I am currently making an SATB arrangement. There is a part where I only want the men or TB parts to sing. I typed lyrics which appeared at the Bottom of the TB staff, and then moved them upward to -12.00 offset to make the lyrics appear in line as if I typed the lyrics under the SA staff. The problem is, you know how after you type a lyric, how all staves below the staff you typed the lyrics under, move down? I wanted to get rid of that since the lyrics are to appear above the staff and not below. Is that possible?
