Copy and paste

You can insert measure, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/measure-operations#insert

Select the measure where you want the measure inserted and press insert or use the add->measure-> Insert One Measure menu. If you want multiple measures inserted press ctrl-insert or use the add->measure->Insert Measures... menu item.
