Staves

Dear Sir,

I tried info that you provided in last letter but I need still your assistance.
Please see an Attachment to this letter.
I need just 1 (red) piano staff (all other -D should be deleted or invisible) and the rest should be as shown – A (green).
Also,because of deleting D,how I can make less distance between staves?
Please explain, step by step to follow your advice.
