I can't figure out how to put the composer/arranger where it should be on my score. How do I put it on the left and right right under the title?

Right Click on the title frame -> Add
Or use Inspector

To take with the benefit of the inventory Https://musescore.org/en/node/93581
It also shows up automatically if you add that information in the wizard when you first create the score.
