Problems opening Musescore installer

Hello all,

I've recently bought a new laptop with Windows 8. I mainly browse with Google Chrome. When I try to run the Musescore installer, I get the "permission to execute" prompt, but after that, nothing happens. Even when I try to open the file "as an administrator", still nothing. Any ideas?
