Creating a new staff

I'm trying to write some short exercises for a beginning violinist. After creating a new project, and going through the wizard, I have a staff of 8 measures with a title above it. So far, so good.
Now I would like to create another staff with another title. Like a beginner's book with different little songs on the page. I don't want to create five page of music, when all five lines would fit on one page.
Is this possible?
