Two instruments on one stave
I'm recreating this piece for an online book. Currently, it plays violin only, which is out of range for the bass clef. Is there a way to have the bass clef portion play violoncello and the treble clef play violin?

How did you manage to have the last measure being in 4/4 actual and nominal, but still contain only 3 beats, without MuseScore complainging abput corruption?

I made the rest that wasn't displayed in the original piece invisible. Click on the element you want to hide. The Inspector bar to the right will open. Unclick Visible. Go to VIEW in the top bar. Unclick Show Invisible. The rest is still there, you just can't see it.

Ah, thanks, I was suspecting a bug already ;-).
Better that such trickery is to change the actual duration of that measure to 3/4 then, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/measure-operations#duration
