copy paste with time signature

Hi everyone

I have a score that changes time signatures often. I copied a large phrase and pasted it at the end of the score, and it pasted it without the time signatures. when trying to put the time signature manually the score messed up.

Is there any way to copy and paste with time signatures? is there a way to alter the time signature in a measure already written while the notes in it will stay the same (i.e absorbing notes from the following measure when switching from 3/4 to 4/4 and losing notes to the following measure when switching from 4/4 to 3/4)?
