If it's attaching the beam of the quaver and tuplets, I think you might be able to do this in the forthcoming version 2.0.

You don't need to wait for 2.0. MuseScore 1.3 has everything you need. I guess you mean the beam between the first 8th note and the tuplet. Click on the first note of the tuplet and double click the middle beam icon in the beam palette. See Beam
