Trouble with Playback
So I pressed play and the tambourine doesn't make any noise. All other instruments play back except the tambourine. The notes are there, but I can't hear it when I press play. I checked the mixer and it is not muted.

Seems there is no explicit dynamic marking for that part, maybe it is inheriting an earlier "pppp" one set for the whole system? Anyhow, add a dynamic and you can hear it.

FWIW, the problem was the diminuendo in bar 67. It had no ending explicit ending dynamic so MuseScore looked ahead in your score and took the first one it found - the "ppppp" in 106.
I listened to the score, very interesting, nice job!
I hear it but it is very light. I put mixer maximum for it , again very light, i put a fff and I hear. So it is a volume problem
