Musescore 2.1
I am using the new Musescore 2.1 program and I have lame_enc.dll to have the soundfonts I downloaded (Sonatina, for example) and it won't let me convert it. What do you suggest?

Make sure you have downloaded the .dll

That lame dll is needed for mp3 export, it has nothing to do with SoundFonts.
Unless you want to save the sound online alongside the score on MuseScore.com, but here again it is needed for the mp3 export

I know. But why is it that whenever I try exporting it, it won't upload with the audio?

To use custom audio it exports as MP3.

Can you export to mp3 locally?
Are you on Windows 10? (you might be hit by #197716: Audio file will not upload)
Could you please test the latest (not public) minor release to check whether the issue has been solved for you? (https://musescore.org/en/node/274378)
