How do I add direct from music?

I have some music that I have recorded direct onto tape and have not got the music. Is there any way I can record it direct onto Musescore? If it is through the midi system, can someone tell me how or point me into the right direction?

You have it only on tape as audio? As far as I know there is no effective way to do a score from audio.
So if you only have audio, you listen to it and notate it, if you can.
