MIDI output via Jack

Hi there... I have an old Alesis Nanosynth and wanted to use it to playback the music composed in Musescore. I thought I would be able to use the synth's sounds so I downloaded Jack and configure it.
It works!

But I have a question, how can I configure the instruments to be as in Musescore?
I got only piano playing thru my Nanosynth.

Help! :D
